Administrative Costs, Keyholding & Regular Property Inspection
The rooms will be inspected, the shutters and windows will be checked, the electrics and water can be turned off/on if required. All appliances can be checked if you need the lights or the fridge turned on prior to your visit this will be arranged.
You will be informed of any problems relating to your property usually via email or by telephone if urgent.
